Delete your account

If you have the app, delete from the app before using this page. This page has no form. Send the email from your own mail app.

Delete in the app

1. Open More at the bottom.
2. Open Settings.
3. Open Delete my data.
4. Choose one of the two options.

Delete the server backup

Your account stays. Records on this phone stay on this phone. Sync on this phone stops.

Delete the account permanently

This deletes the account and the data on this phone. It cannot be undone.

What is deleted:

• The encrypted server backup, keys, and devices
• The account, the login, and the email
• Trips and notes on this phone

Sign in again with your social account to confirm it's you. The delete will then try again.

Connect to the internet to delete. Nothing is scheduled while offline.

If you can't use the app

Email ljhtour1@gmail.com. Include the sign-in service you used and the account email. We check that they match the provider and the email on the account, then delete the account and reply.

Time to finish: within 30 days

An email request deletes the account and the server backup. Records that are already on a phone stay on that phone.

What stays

• Your Kakao, NAVER, Google, or Apple account is not deleted. Only this app's data is deleted.
• Photos and videos in your own cloud or photo library stay where they are. This app does not delete those files.
• Copies already on a companion's phone stay on that phone.
• A copy in a provider backup may remain for up to 30 days.
